As such, at this time, we have made the following changes to our practice operations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Telehealth Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>While Eastern Carolina ENT is offering in-office visits for all patients who wish to schedule at this time, for those that feel more comfortable with a virtual visit, we are providing comprehensive telemedicine services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To schedule your Telemedicine Appointment please call us directly at&nbsp;<a href=\"tel:+12527525227\">(252) 752-5227<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once directed to do so, please complete your Telemedicine Consent Form&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/d13hllwiv0pj4g.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/telemedicine-consent-v2.pdf\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Additional Resources<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please keep in mind that the current situation is very fluid and changing hour to hour. Patients are encouraged to check the following resources for up to date information on COVID-19, including how to best keep yourself safe and what you should do if you suspect that either you or a family member may have fallen ill with this virus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncdhhs.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">North Carolina Dept. of Health &amp; Human Services<\/a><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-nCoV\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Centers for Disease Control<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a reminder, please contact your Primary Care Physician or Urgent Care facility if you or someone you care for has any of the following symptoms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>A fever, cough or cold\/flu like symptoms, or symptoms of lower respiratory illness (e.g., cough or shortness of breath)<\/li><li>Sudden loss of smell or taste, unrelated to sinus congestion<\/li><li>Have been exposed to someone that has been diagnosed with coronavirus or someone that has had contact with anyone under quarantine for the virus<\/li><li>Have recently traveled outside of the United States or been exposed to anyone returning from outside of the United States<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For emergencies, please call 911.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will continue to update our website with any changes to these policies.
