We encourage patients to write down the questions they want to ask our doctors. We also encourage patients to bring a family member to their appointment. This family member should accompany the patient into the evaluation room to provide the patient with the support necessary to make medical decisions regarding their care.
What to bring to your appointment:
- Bring medications.
- Bring any X-rays or recent test results.
- Bring your insurance card.
